Our machine shop has more than enough lathes and multi-axis machining centers to handle large orders and a dedicated rapid reaction production cell for prototyping services and other rush orders. This means whether you need 1,000 thin-walled couplings or a single fuel connector for a stranded AOG, our facility can deliver the right parts on schedule.
We are also certified for both ISO 9001 and AS9100 on an annual basis to ensure our facility meets these stringent quality standards, and maintain a PPM count well below the industry standard. We’re also able to use many quality control SPCs to meet the needs of our customer’s orders. These process controls make our production more efficient, and in conjunction with our ability to integrate with our customers’ inventory and supply chain systems, allow us to maintain an on-time delivery rate of 95-100 percent.
