Intrex Aerospace is a contract CNC turning service that provide precision turn/mill parts to meet aerospace manufacturers demand. We produce machined parts in a wide variety of sizes and shapes. Turning diameters up to 8″ diameter. Most of our turning machines have milling capability with 5-axis simultaneous capable. Much of our staff has over 30 years of manufacturing experience. We machine materials from mild steel, stainles steel, aluminium, inconel, monel, and TZM. Our machine shop is setup to handle low – to – medium production. Much of our work experience revolves around machining thin-wall components used for aeropsace couplers/connectors We also have experience responding to AOG situations. .
We also have certification for both ISO 9001 and AS9100 and are ITAR registered for DOD work. Over the last few years our PPM’s are < 50, well below contract industriy standards. We can also provide SPCs to meet specific customer requirementsts. Our average OTD is 98 or greater.
Because our processes are vertically integrated we can simplify our customer’s supply chain needs. In addition we manage special processing needs, and can provide “light” assembly and kitting.
