Producing new CNC components goes well beyond “just cutting chips”. One of the challenges in our aerospace/defense/space business is being able to efficiently integrate new line items/products into our production schedule without disrupting our existing book of business.
During the past five years, Intrex Aerospace has successfully launched over 1,000 CNC machined parts into our system. Our launch process involves various technologies to ensure we are making a quality part to print every single time.
The ability to efficiently and successfully manage a new product launch is one of our key core strengths. We have developed a new product launch system that links specific task management for all employees involved in the launch process. We monitor and measure in real time. We always know where we are in the process.
