Precision Machining Service for Aerospace

Intrex Aerospace provides  precision machining service for Aerospace. Our CNC machinery produces machined components for aerospace, defense and space. We are AS9100 and ISO 9001 certifiied and are ITAR registered to produce USML controlled parts. We have configured some of our CNC machines into production cells capable of producing higher volumes of machined components. We also have a great deal experience producing thin-walled machined parts. Our CNC machines include machining centers (both vertical and horizontal) and CNC turn/mills with multi-axis capabilities. All of our high-precision CNC machining are flowed through our AS 9100 quality system.  We utilize CNC CMM’s in work cells on our shop floor, as well as  in our climate-controlled quality lab. We utilize several quality metrics (IQS, TQM, SPC) to constantly monitor and measure parts as they flow through our shop. Our PPM’s average less than 100 PPM’s. All quality and production are monitored through our Epicor ERP/MRP system.

In addition to precision machining, we have extensive experience in managing complex “program” business. We work with our customers from development through production and shipment. Our experience with monitoring and managing LTA’s and being able to provide real time order status and  documentation, is a great benefit to our customers, creating opportunities for efficiencies and cost reductions.

In addition to providing precision machined parts, we also manage the outsourcing of special processes including, chem film, anodizing, heat treatment, magnetic particle inspection, passivation, etc. We’re also experienced and can provide some assembly (application specific) and kitting for aircraft components and defense parts.
