Our modern facility has equipment for custom machining a variety of aircraft components and other complex machined parts. We have 4-axis horizontal and vertical milling centers for producing parts up to 25” x 25” x 25” and 5-axis turning lathes for producing parts up to 10” x 40”. We use strict quality control throughout our production process to ensure our customers’ parts have the critical dimensions they demand. We have an experienced team of quality-control professionals, many with more than 20 years in the aerospace machining and manufacturing industry. Our facility has CMMs in a climate-controlled environment to ensure accurate measurements. We’ve also invested in an IQS software package for our Epicor ERP/MRP system that allows us to provide our customers with additional quality assurance documentation. Our thorough quality-control process ensures we operate with a PPM well below the industry standard.
