Intrex is an experienced aerospace manufacturer. We provide contract CNC machining for aerospace-defense-space. Our modern 75,000 sq. ft. facility is sized and designed for not only managing existing business, but there is adequate space for new business. We have made substantial investments with our Epicor ERP/MRP system software, upgraded quality hardware and software equipment, added multiple CNC machines, and have ongoing training for our staff. We are constantly introducing new Lean initiatives, that drive efficiencies and helps reduce costs.
Our newer multi-axis turn/mill machines are well suited for aerospace components. The multi-axis design, helps minimize part handling, thus reduces tolerance stack up, and offers more precision parts. Our 5 axis machines can generate most complex shapes.
Our quality assurance control includes CMMs located on our shop floor as well as in our quality lab. The shop floor CMM’s allows for greater flexibility and less disruption to our production flow, while still maintaining quality control. We historically average less than 300 PPMs.

We offer a total system solution to our customers. We operate the powerful Epicor ERP/MRP system. The system integrates with all phases of the our manufacturing process (quoting, material sourcing, engineering, production, outside finish processing, documentation, and shipping), all managed from a single reliable system platform.
