Intrex Aerospace has both an ISO 9001 and AS9100 certification. Quality drives our production. Our quality assurance program provides the high level of quality measuring, monitoring, and documentation that is required for producing aerospace, space, and defense machined components. Through a keen focus on quality metrics, we are able to achieve our successful PPMs and on-time deliveries. We have made substantial investments in both our staff training and equipment to ensure we meet the standards the industry and our customers demand.
Maintaining our metrics and certifications ensures that our facility and practices meet comprehensive industry quality standards. We have several in-house internal auditors, who audit monthly for AS 9100 compliance and improvement. Everything from our inspection and processes to our product documentation has to meet stringent industry requirements. Being certified ensures that we are capable of performing other quality functions like lot traceability and internal audits., which are critical metrics for producing aerospace components. Passing and maintaining the ISO and AS certifications are a hallmark of our commitment to quality.

It uses strategy, data, and effective communications to integrate the quality discipline into the culture and activities of the organization. Many of these concepts are present in modern quality management systems, the successor to TQM.
