Intrex Aerospace produces machined components for aerospace, space, and defense. We produce a wide variety of CNC precision for these markets. We specialize in managing complete parts programs. Most of our business isstructured in LTAs. We have an experienced engineering staff that provide service and support for production. Most of our parts go through an FAI process. We can also help with material sourcing services.
Our machine operators are experienced, some with 30+ years. They bring a high level of skill to our manufacturing floor. We also have a thorough operator training program, ensuring that they have the skills needed to work in a lean manufacturing environment. Our aerospace manufacturing cells include both CNC milling centers capable of producing aircraft components with dimensions up to 25” x 25” x 40”and CNC lathes for producing precision turned parts with dimensions up to 10” x 40”. We can also access larger high precision machining equipment through our affiliation with the Demmer Corporation.
We have experience managing many special processes including chemical film, powder coating, anodizing, heat treatment and more. We can provide kitting and assembly so you receive completed aircraft components. Intrex also has experience using demand management to provide production in accordance with kanban, JIT and dock to stock. The efficiencies gained through our program management services provide our customers with savings in both time and money.
