cnc parts Intrex Aerospace is an experienced manufacturer of CNC machined parts for aerospace/space/defense. We are AS9100 and ISO 9001:2000 certified and We are also ITAR registered for USML-controlled components. Our quality control staff and machine operators are all highly experienced. Some have over 30 years machining CNC components.

We have 4- and 5-axis turning lathes and 4-axis machining centers capable of producing parts in different materials and complex geometries. Our CNC turned parts can machine uo to 8″ diameter and our milling envelope is CNC 24” x 50”. We are also able to offer precision aerospace parts in larger sizes by through our affiliation with Demmer Manufacturing. Intrex specializes in manufacturing thin-walled parts and flanges, ideal for aerospace components with weight constraints. There are a variety of raw materials we machine from: cold roll steel, stainless steel (300 & 400 series), titanium, inconel, TZM.

Intrex is experienced with program management, working with high-mix, low-volume CNC parts programs. We provide engineering support. We also manage special processing post machining including mag-particle inspection, chemical film treatment, powder coating, and anodizing. Intrex can also provide “light” assembly and kitting.
