Intrex Aerospace is an experienced manufacturer of CNC turned parts manufactured for aerospace defense space. We have both ISO 9001 and AS9100 certification and are an ITAR registered aerospace manufacturer. We manage our quality control through our IQS software. Our CMMs are located in a climate-controlled environment. Our machinists and quality control specialists are highly experienced, and many have been in the industry for more than 20 years. We have lathes capable of producing components with dimensions up to 10” x 40”. Intrex also has the ability to produce larger turned parts as a Demmer affiliate. We specialize in producing thin-walled parts. We’ve also recently added a flange cell containing two Mori Seiki Model NZL-2500 lathes with automatic bar loaders, parts catchers and finished parts retrieval systems as part of our continued investment in our production capabilities. This allows our aerospace manufacturers to produce turned flange parts with diameters between 1” to 8” efficiently with little operator interactions.
Intrex specializes in program management for low-volume, high-mix parts programs. In addition to precision turning and machining, we have experience managing special processes including mag-particle inspection, powder coating, dry film lube treatment, and passivation. We can also provide sourcing services, lot traceability, assembly and kitting for your components.
