At Intrex Aerospace, we offer a Enterprise Quality Management System. It is integrated into our entire production process. Every part we produce is monitored through our quality system. It ensures quality in our aerospace manufacturing system. Our staff is trained and committed to delivering parts that meet or exceed our customers’ specifications. Monitoring & Managing Quality & Costs

- We manage the outsourcing of finishing processes (anodize, dry film lube, mag-particle inspection, passivation, powder coating). This is why we operate with a PPM below 100 aerospace parts.

Our goal is to provide our customers a complete CNC-machining service. This complete service requires total integration of our customers’ supply portal into our ERP/MRP system, scheduling, machining, quality, inspection, packaging, documentation, and shipment. We are experienced in managing all facets of this process.
We are ISO 9001 and AS9100 certified and ITAR registered. Our quality assurance program provides the high level of quality measuring, monitoring, and documentation that is required for producing aerospace, space, and defense machined components. We achieve our successful PPMs and on time deliveries through a keen focus on quality metrics. We have made substantial investments in both our staff training and equipment to ensure we meet the standards the industry and our customers demand.
Maintaining our metrics and certifications ensure that our facility and practices meet comprehensive industry quality standards. We have several in-house internal auditors, who audit monthly for AS 9100 compliance and improvement. Everything from our inspection and processes to our product documentation has to meet stringent industry requirements. Being certified also ensures that we are capable of performing other quality functions like lot traceability and internal audits. Passing and maintaining the ISO and AS certifications is a hallmark of our commitment to quality.
Program Management
Intrex Aerospace also provides complete program management. Our Epicor software system monitors and controls the scheduling, throughput, and reporting of all our production work as it flows through our shop. We also provide engineering support, management of outsourcing of finishing processes, light assembly, kitting, and more.
Demand Management
Our approach is proactive in meeting our customers’ needs. One of the features of our Epicor ERP/MRP system software is the ability to integrate with our customers management system. With access to our suppliers’ forecast portal, we integrate our demand management. This allows us to make our production decisions, anticipating our customers’ future needs. This drives our schedule to properly align our schedule with our customers’ needs. That is how we can maintain an on-time delivery of 98+%.
