We have a 75,000 square-foot facility staffed by skilled machinists and support staff, many of whom have more than 30 years of industry experience. Our professionally trained personnel have extensive experience machining complex aerospace components. The range of materials we have experience working with includes cold roll steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, advanced alloys, Monel, and TZM. Our production volumes vary from low to mid-volume. Our system is designed for efficiently processing high mix/low volume production, which much of the aerospace market requires. We achieve our on-time deliveries and exceptional PPMs (average less than 300 PPM’s) by combining the scheduling flexibility of our Epicor ERP/MRP system, with the working knowledge of our experienced staff. This information is integrated into our quality assurance system, which can include (SPC) statistical process control, CMMs in most of our cells, along with electronic reporting of our shipping documents.
