Intrex Aerospace provides CNC machining services for high precision close-tolerance components for aerospace, space, and defense. We are able to produce a wide range of aerospace components because we’ve invested heavily in the infrastructure needed to support our clients’ demands. We operate numerous cells for both precision turning and milling, with multi-axis capabilities that can produce highly complex parts. One of our areas of machining expertise is producing thin-walled components. Some have wall thickness down to .030. We work with a variety of aerospace materials: CR steel, Stainless steel, Titanium, Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, TZM. We also manage special processing. Intrex can handle a breadth of aerospace applications.
To ensure that our CNC machining service can consistently produces parts that meet our clients’ expectations, we have both AS9100D and ISO 9001 certifications. We can also provide statistical process controls (SPCs) where applicable. We’ve regurlarly participate in company-wide lean training.

Our experience managing LTAs and our advanced Epicor ERP/MRP system allow us to anticipate customer demand, maintainingdelivery schedules. Our on-time deliveries average about 98 percent.
