At our 73,000 sq. ft. aerospace manufacturing facility, we utilize CNC precision milling and turning equipment to manufacture components with varying degrees of complexity.
We have ISO 9001 and AS9100 certifications attesting to our commitment to quality control. We are also ITAR registered for defense related products. Much of our production work is done through LTA’s (long-term agreements). This enables us to better plan and schedule production which shortenes lead times . Our on-time deliveries (OTD’s) average in the 95-98% range. Our robust Epicor ERP/MRP system supports all our production planning and scheduling. We also utilize kanban systems where appropriate.
We are proud of our OTD and PPM metrics. We also manage special post machining services (coordinating anodizing, coating and lubricant application).
