Intrex Aerospace specializes in manufacturing precision components for aerospace defense space. We’re an AS 9100 and ISO 9001:2000 certified precision CNC machine shop, and an ITAR registered aerospace manufacturer authorized to work on USML controlled parts. We employ a highly experienced staff of operators and quality control professionals, many of whom have more than 20 years of experience in the industry. We also have engineers on staff to provide engineering support and design services for a variety of different aerospace components.
We have multiple production cells with CNC lathes and machining centers dedicated to producing a variety of aerospace products. We specialize in producing thin-walled parts. We can provide precision vertical machining for components up to 24” x 50”, horizontal machining for components up to 24” x 24” x 24” and lathe turning for components up to 10” x 40”. We’re also capable of manufacturing larger parts through our affiliation with Demmer. Our machinists are capable of manufacturing precision components in a variety of metals including titanium, aluminum, stainless steel and specialized alloys.
We’re also experienced in providing management for high-mix, low-volume aerospace parts program business through LTAs. We can assist with every step of the process from prototyping through delivery. Lot traceability, special processing, kitting, and assembly are among the many services we can coordinate. We utilize an Epicor ERP/MRP system which allows us to integrate with our customers’ EDIs and production forecasting. We work through, kanbans, dock-to-stock and JIT. The efficiencies we gain through the management of your supply chain help reduce cost and save time in production of your precision components.
