CNC Machined Parts
Intrex Aerospace is an experienced manufacturer of CNC machined parts, supplying CNC for aerospace. We’re AS9100 rev. B and ISO 9001:2000 certified. We are also ITAR registered for work on USML-controlled components. Our quality control staff and machine operators are all highly experienced and many have been in the industry for more than 20 years.
We have 4- and 5-axis turning lathes and 4-axis machining centers capable of producing a wide variety of parts. Our CNC turned parts can have dimensions up to 10” x 40” and our CNC machined components can have dimensions up to 24” x 50”. We are also able to manufacture larger precision aerospace parts through our affiliation with the Demmer Corporation. Intrex specializes in manufacturing thin-walled parts and flanges. We can produce aerospace components in a variety of materials including aluminum, stainless steel, titanium and many specialized alloys such as iconnel.
Intrex also specializes in providing LTAs and program management for customers with high-mix, low-volume CNC parts programs. We can provide engineering support and prototyping services to reduce the lead times going into production. After machining or turning components, we can manage special processes including mag-particle inspection, chemical film treatment, powder coating, and anodizing. We also have experience with assembly and kitting. The efficiencies gained through our simplification of your supply chain save both time and money in your parts program.
