Intrex Aerospace offers precision CNC machining services for aviation, defense, and space. We are an AS9100D certified aerospace manufacturer with state-of-the-art equipment, an expert staff, and extensive quality control capabilities, we can consistently produce complex component parts with the tight tolerances necessary for aerospace applications.
At our 73,000-square-foot, ITAR-registered facility, we have an array of multi-axis milling/turning centers, including vertical and horizontal machining centers and CNC lathes. Our most advanced machines, our CNC Swiss lathes, have up to 9-axis capability and live tooling features, enabling us to craft highly complex components, such as large valves, and minimize idle time to keep part costs controlled. While we have broad precision machining capabilities, we focus primarily on producing small-to-medium sized parts for low-volume, medium-to-high mix orders. In particular, we specialize in producing thin-walled parts, having the ability to manufacture parts as small as .050” in diameter.
Throughout the precision CNC machining process, Intrex Aerospace utilizes advanced software and quality control methods to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timeliness with our parts production. Our staff has extensive experience with Mastercam and other CAD software, giving us the flexibility necessary to create parts that will meet our clients’ exact needs. Furthermore, we utilize SPC and regularly conduct internal audits to achieve a rejected PPM well below industry standards, providing our clients with consistency they can depend on.
