Our machine shop has multiple CNC multi-axis machines (vertical and horizontal centers, 5-axis CNC turn/mills). The multi-axis machines can reduce the need for multiple setups, reducing the chance for error stack up. Our 5-axis simultaneous machining capability allows us to produce complex machined shapes.
We produce multiple configurations of thin-wall/ turn/mill machined parts, in a variety of sizes and materials. We produce these type parts in low, medium and high volumes. We are also ITAR registered, allowing us to produce parts for government aerospace defense projects.
In addition to providing multi-axis machined parts, Intrex Aerospace offers a complete program management solution. Our Epicor software system monitors and control the scheduling, throughput, and reporting of all our production work as it flows through our shop.
