Our horizontal machines are capable of precision milling parts up to 24” x 24” x 24” and through our affiliation with Demmer, we can even machine larger parts when necessary.
We strictly adhere to both ISO 9001 and AS9100 and are audited annually to ensure strict quality control. In fact, the SPCs we use to ensure compliance with these standards means we operate at a PPM count that is far below the industry average, virtually eliminating delays from production errors. We can also help our customers get their products faster by simplifying their supply chains with finishing services. In addition to saving time in production, Intrex can also drastically reduce the lead times for our customers. We utilize an Epicor ERP/MRP system to integrate with our customers’ supply chain and inventory management. This allows us to accurately forecast customers’ needs and helps us preplan a production schedule. We also maintain an LTA with several customers for nearly 5,000 products, which allow us to easily accommodate rush AOG orders.
