Process Capabilities

Intrex has a myriad of process capabilities. These process capabilities include machining , castings, stampings, assemblies and injection molding among others. Whether your requirements are for hundreds or millions of parts, we are able to accommodate your needs. Our Program Management expertise allows us to coordinate these process capabilities to provide you with the lowest total cost result for your requirements. CNC Swiss Turn/Mill - Intrex has been doing Swiss turning for 20 years. We currently have 19 CNC Swiss operating in our Lousiville, CO. facility. With our years of experience we can accommodate the most demanding Swiss applications.

CNC Turn/Mill - We have 36 CNC Turning Lathes at our Louisville, CO. facilities. Some of our lathes have multiple spindles and multi-axis capability. We machine materials that span the breadth of the aerospace and general machining markets (e.g. titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, delrin, kovar, cold rolled steel, inconel).

CNC Milling Centers - We have both horizontal and vertical machine centers, 15 total. Several of the machine centers have high speed spindles and 4th axis capability.

CAD/CAM - Our engineering staff is fully trained in the latest programming and drawing technologies. We use Auto Cad/ Master Cam/ Espirit/ Solid Works.

Quality Systems: CNC CMM - Intrex has CNC CMM's (Browne & Sharpe/Zeiss). We also have experience with SPC/Dock Audits/ 6 Sigma/Lean Manufacturing/PPAP/SPAP/FAI

Material Certification/Lot Traceability - Because of our AS 9100/ISO 9001:2000 certifications a we have experience and expertise when it comes to tracking and managing critical materials.
